1. Introduction

Welcome to PowerPro. We provide residential and light commercial pressure washing and house washing services across the Wellington region. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services Provided

PowerPro offers exterior cleaning services including house washing, driveway and path cleaning, deck and fence washing, roof treatments, and gutter clearing. The exact scope of work will be confirmed prior to service and outlined in your quote.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure clear and safe access to the areas that need cleaning.
• Provide access to a working outdoor tap with standard water pressure.
• Remove any fragile items, furniture, or obstructions near the work area.
• Notify us in advance of any areas of concern or damage on your property.

4. Property Conditions and Limitations

• PowerPro is not responsible for damage to surfaces already compromised by age, rot, peeling paint, cracks, or poor construction.
• We are not liable for water ingress due to unsealed windows, doors, or vents.
• We will advise you of any areas that may be sensitive to high-pressure cleaning and seek your confirmation before proceeding.

5. Weather and Rescheduling

• We may reschedule your booking due to heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe site conditions.
• You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice with no penalty.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS, and other common local methods.
• Late payments may incur a fee and we reserve the right to refer overdue invoices to a collection agency.

7. Cancellations

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee to cover time and travel.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of our work, please notify us within 48 hours. We will assess and if appropriate, return to address any reasonable concerns at no extra cost.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used to provide our services and communicate with you. We do not share your details with third parties.

10. Updates to Terms

PowerPro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on request or on our website.
